The Annual Report on Corporate Governance of the Student Loan Centre provides an overview on the corporate governance policy of the company and the statements related to the recommendations selected as codes. The bonds of the Student Loan Centre embodying the credit relationship have been introduced to the Budapest Stock Exchange. Thus, the Company’s Corporate Governance Statement in its corporate governance reports incorporate the Recommendations for Corporate Governance by the Budapest Stock Exchange.
