Student Loan Centre has determined the circle of people who qualify as insiders and its policy regarding the trading of securities issued by the Company and circulated on the controlled market with due consideration to Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.
The Company regulates the registration of people who qualify as insiders in the form of a CEO directive and also informs these insider persons in writing about the restrictions applicable to them and the procedure they are expected to follow.
