Rádly Éva, Chair of the Supervisory Board
Rádly Éva was born on 21 April 1954 in Veszprém. In 1977, she earned her degree in business administration at the University of Economics and in 1987 the audit examination. Since 1996 she is audit of financial institutions and member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors Money and Capital Markets Division. From 1977 to 1987 she worked accounting at Betonútépítő Vállalat. From 1987 she worked in the banking sector in an executive position. She is one of the founders of Mezőbank Rt. later the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, participated in the Mezőbank and Agrobank fusion. For 12 years, led the bank's accounting, banking, IT space until the selling of it. In 1998, after the Reálbank’s unsuccessful reorganization she helped to launch the liquidation. From 1999 until 2004 Konzumbank oversaw the entire banking area of expertise. From 2006 she participated to organize in the inaugural FHB Commercial Bank Ltd. financial and accounting information system and directed the activities of a bank accounting.
Since 1 August 2010, she is Managing Director of MFB Hungarian Development Bank.
Péceliné Morgós Katalin, Member of the Supervisory Board
She earned degree in economics at Budapest University of Economics.
In two decades she acquired management experience in Hungary based international banks - CIB Bank Zrt, Creditanstalt, WestLB Hungaria Bank Zrt. During this period, she worked in wide range of professional fields, including the main areas of banking. Subsequently, she worked as a consultant in banking, financial and strategic issues.
She is using German and English language actively.
She is serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the MFB Hungarian Development Bank Zrt. since November 2012.
She is married with two children.
Dénes Jobbágy, member of the Supervisory Board
Born in 1961 in Budapest, he earned his electrical engineering degree from the Technical University of Budapest in 1984 and his Ph.D. in computer engineering in 1991. He continued his studies and training in France, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
Between 1984 and 1990 he worked as a software developer then as a team leader at VIDEOTON Fejlesztési Intézet. Until 1992 he was consultant to the Vice President of Műszertechnika Holding Kft. and then Data Communications Manager.
Between 1993 and 1995 he was CEO of Hungaro DigiTel Kft., a Hungarian-Portugal joint venture, green field company.
In 1996 Mr. Jobbágy worked as the Deputy Marketing Director of MATÁV Rt. and member of the Executive Board.
Between 1997 and 2001 he was CEO of Novacom Távközlési Kft., a German-owned company (with a controlling interest from the RWE Group), and was also active in the liberalisation process in the Hungarian telecommunications market as one of the founding founders of Távközlési Érdekegyeztető Fórum Alternatív Táblája.
Between 2001 and 2002 he worked as the Deputy CIO of the State Budget Agency and member of the Board of Directors of EXIM Bank.
Between 2002 and 2010 he acted as a consultant and project manager. Among other things, he worked for the state budget committee of the Hungarian Parliament, for one of the Budapest districts, was involved in the review of the Unified Telecommunications Act, and coordinated the introduction of an integrated IT system supporting EU tenders in a neighbouring country.
Currently he is consultant to the President and CEO of Magyar Fejlesztési Bank Zrt.
He has a strong command of English and is a father of three adult children.
Executive employees responsible for the management of the company
Csaba Bugár, CEO
Born on 30 January 1959 in Csorna, he earned his degree in business administration and economics. He first spent 5 years with Magyar Hitel Bank Rt., then moved to Portfolió Bank Rt., Hitelgarancia Rt. and ABN AMRO Bank Rt. where he held managerial positions. He then headed Magyar Követeléskezelő Rt., then as CEO of BÁT Budapesti Árutőzsde Rt. he assumed an active role in establishing the integration processes of the two Budapest stock exchanges. Between 2006 and 2010 he worked as a member of the management of various companies providing financial and investment services and involved in property development and use.
He has been CEO at the Student Loan Centre since 8 July 2010.
Lovas Attila, Deputy CEO
Born on 12 August 1965 in Miskolc, he earned his degree in electrical production engineering at Kandó Kálmán Electrical Engineering Technical College. In 1994 he graduated from the College of Foreign Trade. He passed his broker exam at the Budapest Commodity Exchange in 1998. In 2008 he earned his certificate as an asset, fund and portfolio manager and in 2009 the EFFAS investment analysis certificate. In 2010 he passed his stock exchange exam and the related short-term and option exams. Between 1989–1994 he worked for Budapesti Elektromos Művek. Next he was department head at the Budapest Commodity Exchange, then from 1999 its Deputy Managing Director and Deputy CEO from 2003. He has been working as consultant to the CEO of the Budapest Commodity Exchange from 2005 and Director of Trading from 2008.
He has been Deputy CEO of the Student Loan Centre since 16 August 2010. He has an intermediate language exam in business English.
Dr. Zoltán Nagy, Deputy CEO
Born on 3 August 1957 in Zirc, he earned his law degree in 1981 from the Faculty of Law of József Attila University. He passed the bar in 1983. Between 1981 and 1985 he worked as a clerk, then as a judge, at the Court of Budapest’s 20th and 21st District. Between 1985 and 1987 he was an assigned judge at the Ministry of Justice and in 1988 a government counsel at the Secretariat of the Economics Government Committee. Between 1989–1992 he worked as department head at the Legislaion Preparation Department of the Ministry of Justice and then as Head of the Justice and Codification Department. Between 1992–2010 he was legal director and later Deputy CEO at Garantiqa Hitelgarancia Zrt.
He has been Deputy CEO of the Student Loan Centre since 16 October 2010.D
