The Company fulfils its publication and disclosure obligations using the appropriate channels and forms and meeting the deadlines specified by the relevant laws. The Company basically has to comply with the following laws in terms of their publication of information:
- Government Decree 86/2006. (IV. 12.) on the student loan system and the Student Loan Centre,
- Act CXX of 2001 On the Capital Market (Capital Market Act) and Ministerial Decree 24/2008 (VIII.15.) of the Minister of Finance on the detailed rules of the disclosure requirements concerning publicly offered securities;
- Act CXXIX of 2003 on Public Procurement;
- Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
