Specifying the salary of the Chief Executive Officer of the Student Loan Centre is within the competence of the Shareholder while those of Deputy CEOs are defined by the CEO.. The method, extent and principles applicable to the CEO’s remuneration are included in the Remuneration Policy approved by the Shareholder.
