When you contact us via telephone or postal service, please refer to your 8-digit contract number.
Change in personal information:
If your
· surname
· place of residence (permanent address)
· nationality or
· the number, validity or grounds of your EEA residence permit
· tax number
changes, please indicate the fact through the Applications menu item at the Student Loan Direct website by submitting a form filled out at any of the loan offices. Please take your ID with you.
Change of contact information:
If your
· mailing address
· phone number
· email address or
· the details of your trustee-on-delivery
changes, please indicate the fact in the Applications menu item at the Student Loan Direct website, then fill out, print, sign and send the form through the post to the Student Loan Centre (Diákhitel Központ Zrt. 1996 Budapest).
Follow the same procedure if your bank account number changes.
